Rental house in Mountains, HELP!?

Well for Christmas instead of buying presents for everyone, we wanted to take them all to the Smokey mountains for atleast 3 days, we was thinking about 24, 25, & 26th, so we can be all together for christmas. We had this thought because most of them have never even been to the mtns and they always have. We went for our honeymoon, but we stayed in a lil cabin, they only have the smaller ones so, and we are needing something for atleast 10-12 people. We would love something relatively nice, with tvs, full kitchen because we will be cooking there, and we def. want to have a pool table and air hockey. I know the houses are gonna be high around this time, but if we could find something that want cost no more than $1000 for 3 night, we would love it even more if its cheaper than that.
