Basement Kitchen Design
Does this sound like it would be a nice house for a family?
I have a project where I have to design a home for a family of at least 3 people. My family I am designing for has 3 people and a dog. A mom, a dad, and a teenage girl.
Here is what the house includes:
Basement: One medium sized room, with a large space for a TV and several spaces for chairs and sofas. Also a closet, that has about 3 long shelves.
Main Floor: 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a small dining room. The living room is off of the dining room and the computer room is just next to the kitchen. It also has a patio and a small, fenced in yard with lots of landscaping area.
Upstairs level: In the master bedroom there is one bathroom, a walk in closet and a hang off space big enough for a bed and a dresser. Also on this floor is another room complete with a full bathroom, and a non walk in closet. The last room has a walk in closet, and is a fairly small bedroom.
That’s all! What is your opinion?
Oh and there is a small shed behind the 2 car garage!
Sounds nice but needs a laundry room and bathroom down stairs. A pantry and bathroom on the main floor would be nice too.
