Basement Layout Ideas
where can i find multifamily houseplans?
i want a two(or three lvl with basement) home on one side and two (or three w/ bsmt) apts on the other.

or would it be better to purchase a single multiplex plan like this

and combine them
obviously any plan i get would be modified to my choice of exterior design and the layout would be altered
obviously i would purchase the reproducible sets
anyone have any other ideas?
i know of the legalities, concerning code for example, i am just looking for houseplans.
