Basement Seepage

If our finished basement recently got wet from water table seepage do I need to tear out the drywall?

We had around an inch of water along the side walls until the sump pump took care of it. Parts of the drywall and paneling got wet from this. I already tore up all of the carpet and am wondering am I going to need to remove the walls a few feet up or is my 50 pint dehumidifier I recently bought going to be able to dry it up? We never had much of a mold problem before but I am worried that it could fester behind the walls.

You do not need to tear out all the drywall but you should remove your baseboard then cut some drywall off at the floor level. If it got wet behind the drywall, mold will form and spread no matter how many dehumidifiers you run.
If you think this will happen again, you might want to cut the bottom three inches of drywall and install 2 x4 wood between the studs. If you have two layers that will mean you have 3 inches of wood to prevent water from getting under the drywall. then instead of putting drywall back on the lower three inches of wall put concrete board. It will not mildew and can be cut an scored the same way drywall can. you can tape it an mud it the same as drywall and paint it or you can just buy a higher baseboard to cover the new seam.
