remodeling basment estimate?
ok, i want to redo my basement.
i only want one room for my friends just to hang out and stuff.
so it needs to not carry sound to the main level.
right now it has concrete walls and floors.
how much would it cost to get it finished off?
with drywall, carpet, ceiling, ect for a room that is 18 x 20? or around there.
count out your studs 16 inches on center i believe. then get the total sq feet area needed to be sheet rocked and divide by 32 (32 is a 4×8 sheet of sheet rock)
