Cheap Game Room Decorations

well me and my friend are going to have a beach party . im inviting boys and girls its around 30 to 40 people. its going to be in may or june and in a pool house. the room is huge so we want to know what kind of food to serve and party ideas are budget is around 300-700 dollars also if you know any good games or dj’s for a cheap price that would be a lot of help! were all around the age 12 some 13 if you noe any good games or decorations also cool invitaions would help a lot. and if you noe some good websites that would be a big help but stores would be better . we want this 2 be a party to remember were all gong into 7th grade hopefully also if anybody noes any cute outfits we could wear i noe its asking a lot but thanks for reading
Food – Go to Target or Walmart for chips, soda, pretzels, salsa, nachos, candy, popcorn, Doritos, and any other snacks. Then, assuming you have a grill, make hot dogs and hamburgers and grilled cheese. You could also order pizza, but that could get expensive considering the number of people.
Games – You can do a lot with a pool. Water volleyball is a good option, it will keep people amused. Throw beach balls, floats, noodles, etc into the pool beforehand.
Cool invitations – Blow up balloons, write messages on them, and then let them deflate. Give them to people. They have to re inflate them to read the message.
Stores – iParty and Target are a must for decorations and food.
Since it’s a beachy party, get some of those paper lanterns and hang them around. Put little umbrellas in drinks. Hang multicolored streamers around.
Music – Make a several CD’s of your favorite music, and put them into a multi-CD stereo. Or get a bunch of CD’s together and let people take turns DJ’ing. (Hiring a DJ gets really expensive)
Make sure you put out sunblock if it’s going to be during the day. Have extra towels on hand too. Make sure you have several open bathrooms. Don’t forget to buy paper plates/cups/silverware/napkins. You can get some really cute themed ones. Good luck, HAVE FUN!
