i need to make a list that describes how office furniture and hardware can be ergonomically correct? any ideas?

The previous answer was right that this list can be huge, but here are some of the biggies to get you started:
1. sit-to-stand adjustable tables allow workers to easily alternate between sitting and standing positions, which keeps the blood flowing
2. There’s a lot that goes into ergonomic chairs, but the height should be adjustable so the knees are at a 90-degree angle when the feet are on the floor. There should be adequate support for the spine, and the arm rests should allow the forearms and hands to remain parallel with the floor. Sometimes this means using an ergonomic keyboard tray, which attaches to the underside of your desk.
3. Speaking of keyboards, some people find ergonomic, or split keyboards useful. Even with this, however, your elbows should be close to your body and your shoulders should be relaxed. Your wrists should be straight and lined up with your forearms.
4. Your monitor should be at or slightly above eye level to avoid neck strain.
