How to get a receipt for finished basement that we did 3 yrs back?
Hi,
We finished our basement in 2006 using a local company. We did not save the receipt. Now we are moving to a different state thru employer and they need the recipt for finshed basement in order to include the price of it in the value of the home. Called the comapny but it is closed for ever. How do I get my bill for the finshed basement? We need to show proof to our relo company to include that price in the listing of the house as well.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
just have the home appraised for its value.
