Finished Basement Electrical Wiring

How hard is it to rewire a basements electrical before drywalling?

We hired a company to finish our basement and they have framed and wired and insullated everything. They are coming back out on monday to start drywalling and we realized that the wall we originally wanted to put our tv on is going to make that room too small. How hard is it to more the wiring to an opposing wall for an electrician? They had also wired for surround sound, but two of those can be saved as we are moving the tv just 1/4 of the way around the room. The only problem is that now we also want to move the tv area to where a bar was going to be. Are we going to get charged crazy amounts of money to have this done or is this an easy fix?
Thanks for the advice, i am hoping answer #1 is what we will hear from the contractor tomorrow.

the drywall is not up yet so that mean the wiring is still exposed.. so long as there is access to the wall where you want power to be then why should there be any problem..
if they can leave the work they already did and just add power to another location ,,, the opposing wall… then it should only take them about an hour .and charge you that time.. one circuit in a room with exposed framing.. it should be less than 100 dollars
