Finished Basement With Wet Bar
How much does it cost to finish a 2000 sqft basement with a wet bar?
It’s a two- tiered basement with 14ft walls. It just needs some dry wall and plubing. I am planing to put in a full bath and wet bar. I am also planning to convert the safe room under grage into a home theater. I am planning on hiring contractor for wet bar and full bath. The rest I am planning to do myself.
The size is pretty big but a lot depends on the ammount of rooms and closets and extras. I would guess about $39000.00 . It takes about 5 weeks or so to get done. A fiberglass basement costs a lot more but is faster and looks like SH!@. Why not paint the same as upstairs? Anyway don’t get me started hahaha. Take a look at my pictures and stuff on the web.
