County revises plan for Los Olivos wastewater
Downtown Los Olivos property owners are being asked to comment by Nov. 12 on whether they support any of the options in the latest plan being proposed by Santa Barbara County to handle the community’s decades-old problems of failing septic tanks and groundwater pollution.
