The Finished Basement Ohio
Finishing my basement!!!?
I know this may be a pretty broad question, but I thought I would try anyways. I am currently finishing my basement. I have framed it out and drywalled it myself. The next step is mudding(plastering). I was wondering if anyone can give me a baseline pricing as far as what this would take. I am in C-Bus ohio. As for the size, it is an approximate 450 square feet room, with about 8 foot high ceilings. However we are putting some paneling around the bottom 3 feet or so. All in all I would say about 5 feet on the walls and the ceiling. Anyone have any thoughts???
it should not cost u more than maybe 400.00 thats an average bid, been doing it for 30yrs.
