Waterproofing Stucco

When it rains, water leaks into my bedroom from the balcony outside. What should I use to patch the cracks up?

The balcony is covered in fiberglass and the wall it’s attached to is stucco (i think) I’ve told my landlord and he did a horrible patch up job which didn’t work because the next day there was a light rain and it leaked again. I plan on ripping away all his patch up jobs and repairing it correctly. I just don’t know what I should buy that would work best. something waterproof of course. Any suggestions?

Water could be running along that visible crack until it finds a places to divert to, your patio/bedroom. It could be coming from all the way down the wall or from a gutter that’s not draining properly. Let the landlord know that (in writing) your not going to be responsible for all the water damage that is the result of him NOT fixing this problem CORRECTLY. Including possible damages to your items.
